The MJ Développement group, a French real estate developer, was established in 2007 and counts among its shareholders, renowned industrialist Jean-Louis Desjoyaux, CEO of Piscines Desjoyaux, world leader in the swimming pool and spa construction sector.

The MJ Développement group combines all its know-how to design, develop and market quality real estate products. As part of its product range, the group offers housing that meets the expectations of all types of buyers: first-time buyer, first-time home buyer, second-time home buyer or holiday home buyer and investors. Villa estates with swimming pool, luxury real estate, tourist residences, apartments, houses or senior villages with medical caretakers and services, the primary objective is to meet the expectations of our customers through quality projects.

The group is particularly vigilant about the geographical location of its products and opts for privileged sites while focusing on economically and demographically dynamic urban centres such as Ile de France, Languedoc-Roussillon, the PACA region, Aquitaine, Savoie and Mauritius in particular.

In a bid to offer homes that combine comfort, warmth and aesthetics, the company works with trusted partners at each stage of production and manages its projects from A to Z all while steering clear of the basic tenet of mass production.

MJ Développement has integrated a sustainable development approach into the design and implementation of its projects. The aim is to limit the environmental impact of a construction operation by adopting ecological solutions that are best adapted to the geographical location, climate and nature of the projects, while ensuring healthy and comfortable living conditions for occupants.

One of the specificities of the MJ Développement group is a tourist-oriented real estate product: beachfront or mountainside residential properties, for renting by international tour operators, the best known of which are Booking, TripAdvisor, Tomas Cook, TUI, Exotismes, Pierre & Vacances tourisme, Expedia, Hotels.com, Locasun, etc…
